"Troublemaker" was co-written by Olly Murs, Steve Robson, Claude Kelly, Tramar Dillard and was produced by Steve Robson. Lyrically Murs has said that the song is about "that special girl that you can't shake off, even if you know you should because, let's face it, she's got a bit of a wild side." Oliver Stanley "Olly" Murs is an English singer-songwriter, musician and television presenter. Murs rose to fame after finishing as the runner-up in the sixth series of The X Factor in 2009. He is currently signed to Epic Records in the United Kingdom, Columbia Records in the United States, and Syco Music.
